Fire Training Facility
Our client came to us with their design to assist firefighters in training in real-world scenarios at an air force base. The designs were given to us and we fabricated the project in mild steel. We then completed a full LPG-powered install in Holland over a period of 2 months handling all logistics and providing a full turnkey solution.

Fire Training Facility at Holland
Another firefighter training project that was client designed and we fabricated as required. The rear fuselage had become distorted through use. We recreated this using Corten weathering steel. This steel takes on a patina finish that would quickly match the front fuselage but without losing any of its structural integrity. We also designed and installed the training platform to facilitate the water runoff and LPG lines. Full installation and logistics were handled by us over a 3 months period in Holland.

Frag Top Housing Alterations
A UK-based scrap metal frag mill required a door to be inserted into their top housing in order to offer an adjustment on exit sizes. We modified the existing structure to incorporate the door which weighed 25 tonnes. Install onto the top housing was completed on-site over a period of 4 weeks.

Rail Sector Fabricated Components
INT fabricated a number of components for the Rail Sector which consisted of Stanchions, Dropper Cage, Step Out Platform & Access Ladders. All of these components were fabricated within the British standard of 1090 Execution Class 2. INT independently supplied all materials (Grade S355) and fabricated all items in house utilising our state of the art Welding & Fabrication facilities.

UK & International Upgrades
Part of our solutions experience is on-site international repairs at training facilities. Clients have requested us to conduct repairs and improvements at a number of specialist sites including Schipol International Airport, Womsdrecht RAF base in Holland and Italian American Air Force Base in Aviano Italy.

Heavy Duty Machinery Lifting Brackets
Our client came to us needing a solution to a problem. They needed their heavy-duty digger that moved large amounts of scrap metal from dock to boat to be able to be lifted. This would increase the speed of loading. We designed and installed some bespoke lifting points that were welded to the digger tracks. A simple and highly effective solution.
